Returns & Refund Policy

At Eitqad, we want you to love every piece of jewelry you receive. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process as simple as possible.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, all items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.

For hygiene and customization reasons, we are unable to accept returns on personalized, engraved, custom-made jewelry, earrings (where applicable), gift cards, or final sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

At this time, Eitqad does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your eligible purchase for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are returned without original packaging
