1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your favorite item, choose any available options, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this information on our Track Your Order page to check your shipment's status.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


6. What is your return policy?

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


8. Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available to selected countries. Shipping costs, delivery times, customs duties, and taxes vary depending on the destination.


9. Will the jewelry look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to different screen settings, lighting, or photography.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
